- 10% increase in the number of Daily Irish Speakers (outside the education system) in the South Kerry Gaeltacht;

it is the second highest increase among all the Gaeltacht areas;

- over 75% of those who took part in our survey on the use of Irish in South Kerry reported that in the last four years they have had more people around them who they speak Irish to.
